The lodge provides guests with a terrace, mountain views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Some units feature a balcony and/or a patio with river views. We had a wonderful stay in Eco Cabin 1. The views of the animals across the lake and behind the cabin are spectacular. The cabin itself is very comfortable, a bit cold in August but fortunately the fireplace heats it up quickly and there are extra warm blankets for the beds. The bad and hot tub were a nice extra luxury. We were with our 3 year old daughter and the cabin was also nice for her and even had some kids plates, cups and cutlery. It was a nice way for her to see the animals too.

Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. The deck area boasts a cocktail bar and free WiFi is available throughout.

The spacious rooms and suites are individually decorated and filled with light. Some rooms have fireplaces and offer scenic views. The elegant bathrooms have floor heating and heated towel rails. Wow, what an amazing experience to stay at The Fernery. This is one of the places we will remember for a long time. The setting of the hotel was fantastic. The Jacuzzi and Hot Tub ambiance also fantastic. The breakfast by wide margin the best in South Africa. Dinner was also very good and fairly priced.

Each room and chalet at Garden Route Game Lodge offers either views of the mountains or the valley. They are elegantly decorated with thatched roofs and wooden furniture. All of them have TVs with digital channels and a safe. Wonderfull and friendly personell and guides. Hotel have rich infratructure - you can spend time enjoy staying. We got lucky to see a lot of animals on safari tour. Restaurant serves very delicious cousine.

With mountain views, Crags Country Lodge is located in The Crags and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden, outdoor pool and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Absolutely everything! It was a magical stay

Set 700 metres from Hartenbos Beach, Treklaer Lodge offers accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a shared kitchen for your convenience. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Beautiful interior. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and neat. Close to the beach. Had a lovely stay 🤗

With Goose Valley Golf Club reachable in 14 km, Knysna Elephant Park Lodge provides accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Amazing experience from start to finish! Geoff looked after us. Being so close to the elephants at night was amazing in the boma lounge. The rooms were super comfortable, and the morning walk with the elephants was on another level!

A balcony with mountain views is offered in all units. We enjoyed our stay at Big Tree House lodge. The house was really big, well equipped with a terrace and a nice view. There is a installed filter at the water pipe so water is drinkable. Wifi worked very well. Private secured parking. Communication with the owner was easy. They do not have laundry service but there is a laundry 3 min away.

Set in a forest and nestled among the trees, Moonshine on Whiskey Creek offers self-catering accommodation in wooden cabins, just toff the N2 national road and 15 km away from Plettenberg Bay.

The units are equipped with kitchen facilities, fireplace and seating area. Some of the bathrooms are fitted with a mosaic shower. Barbecue facilities are available. I want to return to this place for my honeymoon! Very peaceful, clean, super cosy...

At Singing Kettle Beach Lodge the restaurant, Enrico’s serves authentic Italian food with South African flavours. Guests can relax on the terrace whilst watching the sunset. The staff were exceptional (thank you, Dee and Michelle), and the rooms were top-class, with comfortable beds and fresh, clean linen. Kitchen appliances were a helpful convenience, and small touches like beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc... made our trip most memorable. The views from the rooms are absolutely amazing, and the restaurant below adds a great holiday vibe!
