The room was perfectly clean. The front desk agent was very helpful too. Could not have been better.

It’s a dated, historic resort amidst peaceful, forested grounds with some nice sports and outdoor amenities. Surprisingly few guests for our summer weekend stay. Room has a cozy cabin vibe with comfy beds. A nice place to relax and take in nature. The lodge and resort fee make it a higher end stay, but beware it’s rustic. Basic infrastructure (Wi-Fi, EV charging, HVAC) is not particularly up-to-date.

Location was perfect. Amenities like pool, sauna, spa. Also in the room was a fridge and microwave. Fireplace and balcony with a golf course view is always a nice bonus. Nature trail that loops around the lake and to the beach made for a nice stroll no matter what time of day. Our room was in the South Chieftain lodge and it was very peaceful. We enjoyed the rest and the stay was very relaxing, stress free.

Rooms were great, well decorated and spacious with nice views. The grounds were very nice. The lodge was comfortable and warm. The pool was a decent size.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. The lodge was in a great location and all of the rooms had a great view of the ocean. Plenty of amenities (coffee maker, beach towels, refreshments) that were available both in and out of the rooms.

A beautiful spot on the Oregon coast, across the street from the ocean, with no ocean view, very rustic, reminded me of going to lodges 20 years ago
