We can only confirm what other reviews are mentioning as well and rate this stay as exceptionnal. We had booked this stay as a sleepover on the way to Sequoia NP and didn't pay a lot of attention to the details or reviews, and only realized that this is a homestay when we arrived. We immediately felt welcome in Rosi and Carlos' home. Even though we only spent a night we loved it and had a great time/fun and conversations with Rosi and the other couple that was staying there. Rosi's hospitality is remarkable, she really goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home. Can definitely recommend. Also, accomodation was perfect and clean, the bed was VERY comfortable! Thanks once again Rosi and Carlos, wish you all the best and we hope to be able to stay over again one day!

Yosemite Mountain Retreat features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Oakhurst, 34 km from Yosemite South Entrance.

Guests at the lodge can enjoy hiking and skiing nearby, or make the most of the garden. The host was absolutely amazing, sharing with us her tips and stories from decades of life and work in the Yosemite. The rooms and beds were super comfy, and there was lots of wildlife around - deers, squirrels and birds coming to the yard in the morning.

If you would like to discover the area, hiking is possible in the surroundings. The room was spacious, the bed was ridiculously comfortable and it was dead silent at night so naturally deep sleep ensued and I woke up refreshed! I didn’t eat the breakfast so I am unable to comment but the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Only 7-8 mins drive to charming downtown Nevada City and a little further is Grass Valley.

Evergreen Lodge at Yosemite also includes a hot tub. The property also offers packed lunches. We brought our own cold breakfast food. The hot tub/pool was terrific.

Cooking classes are also available in the Cavallo Point Cooking School. This is a pet-friendly resort. beautiful quiet setting with Epic views of The Golden Gate bridge. the amenities were superb (electric vintage bikes a must to use!!), Our room was super comfy and cozy. Staff were so accommodating and their customer service was the top!!

Situated in Big Bear Lake in the California region and Big Bear Marina reachable within 2.3 km, Snow Lake Lodge features accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and free private parking. I loved all aspects of it. The hospitality from the staff came out naturally like a homeowner welcoming their guests. A lodge but gives the privacy that you need. Because the location is close to almost everything, and most of the guests are out and about, our family still had a decent pool time with fewer people and a spa time on our own. Plus, a time to use the common grill! Loved the supplies of cooking wares and dinner wares. Do not underestimate the power of ceiling fans as it can still make you cold with the windows open during summer. We definitely enjoyed our stay! Staff, you are all wonderful! Loved your sense of humor!
