Maxi and his wife were such lovely hosts. They went out of their way to make sure that we had all the info that we needed about the area, including access to the surfbreaks, which was very much appreciated. Lovely treehouses that were built with love and thought by the owners. Very eco-minded, which we support 100 percent. The cabin was suspended in the jungle in a very quiet location, yet close to the beaches, which were a 5 minute walk away. Every day we could hear the Howler monkeys in the distance and hear and see the wide variety of tropical birds. Listening to the sounds of nature was so peaceful. We loved our stay there!

She is amazing, kind and ready to help person! We felt like we came to friends. She also cooks incredibly tasty!! The territory of the hotel is very clean and tidy, a lot of green trees, flowers, grass. They take care of it very good. Also there is the private coral reef with amazing, beautiful corals. Lodges are good enough for 2 people, made in the province style, with big windows, big bed, hammock and two chairs to sit outside. Very clean, everything is new.

The place has it's own little beach and great facilities - pool, games, shared kitchen etc. They also have handy and helpful scooter rental options that make the transport easier.

The food is made by the staff with fresh fruits and vegetables, and they are very attentive to food requirements. The room was comfortable and homely, waking up to the sound of nature was blissful. Abel gives you a list of birds you can spot around with photos and they are keen to share their knowledge (they are both biologists). We could've stayed for another week, so very peaceful

We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and relaxing. The small resort size contributed to friendly conversation amongst the international clientele. Staff was great and attentive to every need.
