You are surrounded by jungle. The huts are very cozy and they have everything you need. Jen is the host of this accommodation and she lovingly takes care of her guests. There is a delicious breakfast and she helps you organize any activities you want to do. We will remember this accommodation for a long time.

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home with his kindness, warmth, and attention to detail. The cabins are brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped—sharp knives, quality cookware, a coffee machine, and even reusable water bottles to help reduce waste. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor living space is perfect for relaxing. We loved being surrounded by nature—waking up to the sounds of monkeys, spotting sloths in the trees, and seeing toucans and flying toads right outside our window. The beach is stunning, and David even provided beach mats and bags to make our days by the ocean even better. He went above and beyond, offering to bring us groceries from town and sharing great conversations over a beer, making us feel like old friends.

It’s right on the water and it has everything you need to have a memorable time! It’s a very social place, they have a different activity each day and all the staff are super friendly and always there to help you! We stayed in a private room that had a well equipped kitchen, which was a nice touch since you have so many options for food around the hostel! You also get a free scooter for one day if you are staying in a private room which is the best way to go around the island and explore at your own pace! I would also suggest renting a quad + jungle from the hostel! It’s so much fun and you are llitterally riding in the jungle with so many spots to stop for a swim in crystal clear water!!!!

Enjoy the captivating environment of our eco-resort, which offers a harmonious blend of comfort, services and memorable experiences. We are committed to preserving the environment and biodiversity. We really enjoyed our stay at Eclypse de Mar. The bungalow was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. We loved the direct access to the water and used the complimentary kayaks and paddleboards it was a great way to explore the surroundings.
