Guests at the lodge can enjoy a buffet breakfast. At Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp you will find a restaurant serving African, Grill BBQ and South African cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free options can also be requested. Location was great, close to Damara living museum and Twyfelfontein center where you can experience the carvings. Accomodation met our expectations, with an afternoon sunset view from top of the hill.

Each bungalow at the Huab Lodge features a private veranda overlooking the area and hills. They all have a private bathroom with twin basins and views from the shower. All of them have thatched roofs and typical African decoration. A must visit in Namibia. Most exquisite remote lodge. Hosts are knowledgeable and personable. Staff most helpful. Clean .

Petrified Forest Khorixas is 30 km from the lodge. We spent two fantastic days in this mountain camp, surrounded by peaceful nature. A special thanks goes out to the chef Marysne who surprised us with delicious dinners out of nowhere. They have just taken over this place and we were last minute guests, nevertheless she could manage to put together amazing meals. Mongetti, our host, new in his role did a great job to welcome and look after us. The location is exceptional, nearby the touristic attractions, you need a car, organ pipes, burned mountains, Twyfelfontein site and elephant safari (strongly recommended, much less busy than etosha). At the back of the camp, on the top of the hill you can see a stunning sunset. I would definitely come back.
