Staff super friendly, helpful and very neat. Rooms were clean and had stunning view of Spitzkoppe. Could not get down the bridge because of hight and had a kind guard who assisted. Management could not be better. Kind, welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make every moment remember-bale. A super stay.

Loved by Guests: The lodge is highly rated for its proximity to nature and excellent service. This was a 5-star stay. The staff here is absolutely amazing. We ordered breakfasts and dinners, nothing special to say about breakfasts, but the dinners were really delicious.

The house and the bungalow at Etusis Lodge have rustic décor and include private bathrooms. Some tents also have en-suite facilities. All of them have a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. The family environment really makes you feel at home. The family is so nice that eats with you and share many stories. I never felt so relaxed and in peace. Must stop. Very clean, delicious food and beautiful horse back riding

Everything from the the friendly staff at reception and the restaurant to the comfort of the rooms was excellent. It's a pityy we didn't get to see the elephants....but that's nature. They move around. There's a very cute little resident meerkat who loved tummy tickles 😍
