Ambong Rainforest was beautiful and a very quiet location which made it the perfect spot for a restful holiday. The staff were extremely welcoming and quickly responded to all our needs. The room and hotel facilities were also excellent. The breakfast was also very delicious with local Malaysian options as well. The beach was also a 5-7 mins walk away which was perfect. We would highly recommend staying at Ambong Rainforest.

Honestly, the staff at this hotel were super friendly and chill – made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable.
What really surprised me though was the beach! I didn’t expect Tanjung Rhu to be that beautiful. The water was so clear and the beach was peaceful, almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Such a great spot!

Perfect getaway, resort is lovely and the staff was perfect. Special thanks to Aliff who was so accomodating. Location is centralized to the attractions, however it might be a bit challenging if you aren't planning on driving/riding and relying on grab.
FYI if you're thinking of renting a car whilst you're in Langkawi, do it through Aliff instead as he knows the reputable companies.

Super week spent at Ranis lodge,
You will need transport if you wish to explore the island.
Ranis Lodge has no restaurant but you will find lots of eating choices a short drive away
Staff were very helpful during our stay.
