In summer the family brings their animals up for summer, it‘s a very authentic experience of their way of life. Definitely a must if you want to experience an interesting part of Montenegro culture!

A children's playground is available on site and cycling can be enjoyed within close proximity of the lodge. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and with all we may need to stay in it: if something was missing there was a second large kitchen available for all guests, where you could find more tools. The camp is on a hill few kilometres out of Mojkovac, in a completely peaceful and beautiful contest; waking up there, having a walk and then having breakfast in front of the dawn was spell bounding. The first value of this accommodation, however, was how we were welcomed and cared of by the hosts: the kindness towards us of the whole family was unique, and despite only the older daughter could speak English (in an excellent way), their desire to communicate with us was so strong that we could chat several times of various pleasant topics, and at the same time they granted us complete privacy when we felt to stay by ourselves. They repeatedly offered us delicious food, such as a wonderful home made bread, a delicious salted cake, pasta, drinks. They have the same attitude towards all their guests, so it was like having a beautiful enlarged family. Wonderful.

This place is just so magical, pure, and exactly what every person in the world needs to unwind and get back to the roots. These people are so friendly and genuine. By far our best experience in Montenegro! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Zorica and Maya!! The stay is not just a stay, it's an activity in itself. Katun Potoci is self-sufficient. The hosts make the most delicious meals and bread in their fire oven and fire stove. They use vegetables from the garden, milk, eggs and cheese from their animals. You can even see them milk the cows. It's a whole lifestyle you get to see. There are pigs and chickens and cows roaming around freely. The shower is heated with fire (which they do for you) but I wouldn't have noticed it if you didn't see the host putting the wood in the stove. it was a verrrry good shower! You should know: the road is not doable with a normal car. But you can ask for them to pick you up (for an extra fee). So it's better to go there and make the stay your 'activity'. I also brought paint and a book to spend my time. Also gps sent us to a different road, so maybe share location through whatapp?

There is also a stovetop, toaster and a kettle. We booked Villana Rosa very last minute. The house is a 3-apartment complex that shares a common basement entertainment area, with a sauna, jacuzzi, pool table, and a workout room. They managed to get our apartment ready in 15 minutes. The entire place was spotless, rustic, and spacious. The kitchen area was fully stocked, and the staff will even start a fireplace for you if you like. If we could, we would stay longer, and we genuinely started planning a trip to Kolasin just to stay here again.

The family is so kind and hospitable! The location is on the road between Mojkovac and Bieljo Polije. It's also convenient to Jezero Biogradska.

The house was really nice to stay in - all needed facilities are in place, it was clean and cozy. Sauna is a great plus for cold nights :) Hosts are super friendly and left some beverages and snacks for our company. Location is also great - not far from center, but also very quiet. There is also a barbeque. We are absolutely satisfied with our stay in this lovely house.
