The host was excellent, good communication and even got recommendations on local places to eat. The lodge was warm, tidy and everything was there you would need for few nights stay.

The apartment was lovely, modern, and clean. The view was nice over some wooden houses and trees. The bed was very comfy, shower was great and the washing machine useful. We didn't use the carpark at the back. We just parked in front of the house in the street.

Wooden house in the middle of nature, on the “estate” of a family, with another holiday home on site. It is very nicely decorated. Nice terrace with view on the garden and woods, ample space around.

Good location, easy to find by directions. The lodge was relatively far from the others. It was possible to sleep for 8 people. The gazebo had access to light.

Fantastic property in a quiet remote area, with easy access to the beach and lovely surroundings to explore and play. The house is spacious and really cosy, and we had a fun day in the hot tub. Everyone's along the way, from booking to Normunds our local host were responsive and friendly. WiFi was good enough for video calls.

New Year at Forest Edge Lodge was an absolute delight! The hosts were incredibly gracious and warm, welcoming us with open arms. Staying at the lodge was just what we needed. It's tucked away, giving a sense of escape without being too isolated. The atmosphere was homely and the hosts, incredibly welcoming. Looking forward to our next visit to this charming spot.

We were travelling with children and the property had big playground outside. We stated in one room, two single beds and a sofa-bed. The room was spacious. Food at the restaurant was very good, the waiters were friendly, they brought childrens food first. Meals were big. Breakfast had big variety of foods. The property was rather in remote area and quiet. Good value for money. If you are looking for budget friendly accomondation, its a good place to stay. It is not a fancy 5* hotel, but has everything you would expect from a hotel.

Great location - on a quiet street, easy to get around and to the old town (I was using e-scooters). Simple, clean and comfortable. It has everything you might need - from a washing machine to a small kitchen, so suitable for long stays. Fast internet. Communication with the host was easy and so was self-check-in. It's in an old/traditional wooden house and has great insulation (it didn't overheat during the day and it stayed warm at night). Would stay again.
