Location was ideal, activities were unbelievable, and the most hospitable hosts imaginable. I will be telling all of my fellow travelers to stay here for a long time to come. Make sure to book their safari. We were lucky enough to have a leopard walk 10ft in front of us and watch a baby elephant and its mom. Although, it still would have been beautiful without seeing any animals. The host mother made us the best curry spread we will probably ever eat for as long as we live.

We had the pleasure of staying at their newest tent (they currently have 3 of them and some lodges). The tent is very large offers everything you need, there’s a fan, lots of wall sockets, two beds, water cooker and a bathroom attached. There’s no warm water, but you will need the cool shower :) the climate is always hot and humid. Sleeping in the tent at night with the blinds open was very comfortable. Also, there’s lots of peacocks around, it is a joy to watch them from the tent. They recently completed a new area for breakfast which looks fantastic and is very spacious. Everything around the place felt very high-class, which we did not expect, especially at this price point. The staff was extremely attentive and adjusted to your needs (e.g. breakfast time for safari). We felt like in a 5-star hotel :)

Fantastic place to stay close to the very quiet block five and six areas of the Yala National Park. the host and, is lovely and very helpful as were all the staff. Set on a lovely lake you can watch the Buffalo swim the Peacock strut stuff and enjoy your evening fire on the Banks. A pool if youwant a swim. Food was lovely. We enjoyed a very well priced Safari with a very knowledgeable guide, all arranged by Anne.

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. Wonderful stay with all the comforts necessary. Huge spacious rooms and fabulous food. Owner had even helped us arrange a safari for a reasonable price.

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. A beautifully designed property, situated in a rural area with a lovely big well kept garden. Fantastic nature walks nearby and lots of fauna and Birds. The lodge in itself is very large with a big bathroom, nice hot water, also the spiced shower gel gives you a refreshing fragrant feeling. The bedroom with a large bed was a blessing , air-conditioned room and nice big sliding doors overlooking the seating area on the patio and garden. The GeneralManager Mr. Praveen is very attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable and a pleasant well spoken person, which made sure that all his guests felt totally comfortable. A 5 star director. A very cosy peaceful place .

Situated in Kirinda, close to Nidangala Beach, Garnet Yala Beach features accommodation with garden, bike hire, a private beach area, a terrace and a restaurant. Boasting free private parking, the lodge is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, fishing and cycling. The property was very clean and colourful and was in a great location. It was near to 4 national parks and next to the beach. The property was very natural and a perfect place to relax after a few days travelling around Sri Lanka.

The lodge provides a barbecue. Place was extraordinary and special thanks to denis the staff here for preparing the food which was good. And a suggestion it would be better to a arrange a vehicle for the location area

After a tiring safari day, it was great to have some dinner and a beverage at the inn!

A car rental service is available at Yala Leopard Lodge. Everything! The room was perfect, the deck for relaxing lovely. The food was so good and the staff excellent. My only regret is not staying longer. The ideal would be early morning visit to the national park come back and relax, swim, lazing on the deck and then out in the evening. I am shocked we were the only people staying. Our little secret bit of paradise.
