The homemade food they were making was tasty and also reasonable priced. Also by the river seeing crocodiles, peacocks, monkeys and comodo dragon was fascinating.

Good wifi, massive lawn, and my personal favourite- monster lizard. It lives in the lawn. You can walk to the beach and all the eateries. Manu is very resourceful and can get you most of the things. The hosting family is kind and will help you with anything you need. I had the chance to know more about them and how midigama has evolved in the past 40 years. It was really interesting and they are the sweetest people. Also, 2 great surfing spots just a few minutes walk from the bungalows. I will surely come back! Thanks for everything!

You cannot beat the views, and waking up to the beautiful jungle and forest right from your bedroom, or the dreamy fireflies at night from the balcony. Their home kitchen menu is superb, made fresh to order, and super tasty. We had delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options all tasty and satisfying. The owners also connected us with a great hiking guide in the Sinharaja forest who pointed out rare species, took us to waterfalls, and even prepped us so we would not get leeches on our shoes. This location is absolutely the best and we would come back again! 100% recommend to anyone considering visiting the Sinharaja forest. They are family owned, and extremely kind people.

Absolutely loved this place. The beautiful beach was just across the road. We had a very comfortable stay with all the facilities in the house. And the family owners were very nice. It’s the one of the beautiful guesthouses that I will definitely come back !
