It was very spacious and comfortable. A bit far from the main attractions but totally worth it. Very good breakfast, also possibility for sri lankan breakfast. The tuktuk service was priced well and the staff was very good. Super good and cheap restaurant nearby for amazing dahl (home kitchen dambulla).

Sadeepa was very helpful and gave us a lot of information and Tips for our stay in Sigiriya. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The whole family is super kind and friendly! They even brought us to the bus station for free and we got our breakfast for take away because we had to leave early! I would definitely stay here again!

A perfect place for us…small local homestay near rice paddies and view of Lion's Rock. The owner is so positive and cheerful. He helped us learn about wildlife in his garden, recommended local restaurants and organized most of our tours. The breakfast was so wonderful - we stayed 4 nights and every morning we had different Sri Lankan choices. There were sunny-side-up eggs every morning. A thermos full of hot water to make your own coffee or tea plus a lovely local juice. You can easily walk to see local rice fields and a view of the Lion's Rock. There are many restaurant options on the local road leading to the homestay. There are hammocks to relax in while you enjoy the beautiful garden with local wildlife. A quiet and peaceful retreat! 4 rooms available…snatch yours up! We were kindly welcomed with King coconut drink; owner is so positive and so helpful - every tour that he helped us book was well organized and we learned so much; beautiful garden area with hammocks, parakeets, turtle, chipmunks, toucan…; outside sitting area outside of room; breakfast area outside as well - delicious breakfast with eggs, roti with onion, Dahl crispy cakes, honey hopper, delicious passionfruit juice and coffee…yum!; breakfast varied each day with wonderful local food; easy to walk to a variety of dinner restaurants; easy to book safaris, day trip to Ancient City Of Polonnaruwa and night visit to jungle to see Loris and other wildlife through homestay; bed was comfortable - beautiful wooden canopy beds with lovely mosquito nets; very clean room; spacious room and bathroom; furnished simply with planning; has 2 shelves and a rack with hooks for hanging items; electrical outlets near bed; near local rice fields; beautiful view of Lion's Rock from outside of homestay; supporting a local family

Everything was perfect! This is a family owned business. The location was perfect, in Sigiriya, close to national parks and Lions Rock, and also close to many nice bars and restaurants. The house is placed in a beautiful garden, where you can watch some small animals like squirrels, birds and monkeys. The brakefast was big and amazing. The family was super nice and sweet, we felt very good in their home. Also they organised us a safari for a good price, and we saw many elephants. Highly recommended!

Great location, within walking distance of Sigiriya/Lion Rock. Reachable from Dambulla either via bus or tuk tuk. The lodge has a sublime natural vibe, whilst still maintaining great amenities and neatness standards. Most importantly, the host was eager to assist with a multitude of additional activities available in the region - elephant safaris, massages, cooking classes and village tours, to name a few. Breakfast was also amazing, prepared on site using traditional means and recipes. Would recommend to anyone!

Superb, nothing less. The service was excellent: e.g. the the breakfast was great, they arranged a driver (at a competitive price) for a trip, and they just had an eye for the small details that would make our stay worthwhile. Good shower and a comfortable bed. Sigiriya Rock is at walking distance.

Excellent host. Nothing too much trouble. Home cooking best we have had in SL. No point in going to a local place for food as you will not get better. Swimming pool clean. Excellent value.

The place in the country close to the lake(s) out of the busy Sigirya main street. Sweet hosts (older couple) who live at the property in their separate house. They arranged everything for us. The bicycles were available at the place. Excellent, and I do mean really briliant and rich, breakfast and dinner prepared at the place. Just the food itself is the strong argument in favour of staying at this place. Incredible look out from the rock at the property. We stayed in the spacious naturally ventilated family house with large beds and the smaller ascetic hut. Beds came with the nets. 4 playfull dogs. Sound of the nature during the nights.

We spent wonderful time in this hotel, nature and wilderness is all over you. It is located in beautiful garden with small beautiful lake blooming with flowers, and river on the other side. It is not easy to get there but definitely worth it , one time we saw elephants crossing the road, you live on a tree your room have no walls only bed is covered with mosquitoes net. If you look up you will see monkeys and beautiful birds. If that was not enough you will meet most wonderful kind staff , they will Help you with everything , they are very modest,kind people. You will find there food that is just amazing !!!!! It was the best food we had in Sri Lanka :) go there for a taste of paradise
