Priyanga was very kind and helpful, he cooked us the best meals that offered some variety from what ate on our trip, gave us good tips and helped us organise our next activity. He even preprared some homemade medicine for a sore throat! We are really grateful to have had him as our host, we will always remember his hospitality. Greetings to you, Priyanga! The house‘s location is a 10/10, less than a 15 min drive from the Adam‘s Peak start and is surrounded by a great landscape, especially in comparison to Dalhousie (where the hike starts), so it‘s really worth the short ride.

We booked La Luna incredibly last minute and kind of turned up out the blue. Kushan and his mother were so gracious and quickly organised our room for us. They were incredibly accommodating and cooked us some amazing food (definitely our best breakfast of the trip). La Luna is outside of the centre of town, which we really enjoyed, especially as we had our TukTuk with us so could explore the town ourselves. It was so lovely to talk to Kushan and he gave us some great recommendations of things to do during our stay.

This place was absolutely breathtaking—truly a dream! The house, designed by the host, was just as stunning. You can immediately tell they have incredible taste. Wow! The hosts were beyond kind and welcoming. They gave us a tour of their garden, and it was nothing short of magical. If you can name a fruit or vegetable, they grow it! Breakfast was a feast—fresh, flavorful, and straight from the garden. Every bite was pure joy! All in all, this stay was unforgettable.
