Great location near Shin-Okubo station, providing easy access to other tourist spots. The lodging offers all the necessary amenities and a cozy atmosphere with a loft bed.

Loved location, just 10min walk from main Shinjuku area and the most value for money option we could find. Also super spacious relative to other Tokyo accom. Bath was biggest we’d seen in all of our Japan lodgings. We also had an option for late checkout which was hugely appreciated.

The self-check-in was a breeze - clear instructions and everything worked perfectly. The lodging was clean and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better - a short walk to the train station and surrounded by restaurants and local shops.

It was some sort of a studio, very nice! The price and location were super. I wish i had more nights to stay in this lodgement, it was a very good one! Lovely beds, nice shower, a (free) washing machine for your own use. Quiet, free rental umbrella.

Very quiet area and high quality lodgings

The lodging was nice and quiet. Room was well set up. Location was excellent, check in was easy.

Great recent lodging location right by the Yamanote line. Amazing complimentary ofuro bath on the 20th floor. Room comes with all the amenities needed for a comfy stay. Fast automated check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.

Yotsuya provided a comfortable lodging for our group of 8 as it gave some privacy as well as living area to do activities together. The property had a great shower area perfect for children, had toys to play with as well as a small grill in the kitchen to use. It is close to a shopping mall area that has eateries and a supermarket.

A really cool 60s style hotel that made us feel like we were in an American ski lodge or a Wes Anderson film (or The Shining). Lots of original features, and they’ve thought of everything we might want.
