My husband and I didn't expect to be spoilt rotten by his spectacular host abilities - from transporting us to and from the bus terminal, to cooking our daily breakfast, to pointing out the best slopes, sorting out ski/snowboard rentals and issues, even lending us bus money when we didn't have enough on the last day (which we paid back promptly). The room cleaning service was also very prompt. He even gave us onsen tickets on the last day??? There are no words to describe how grateful we are, no idea what we've done to deserve this. Rooms were super clean, neat, heated, and showering facilities were amazing. There was a dry room where our rented equipment were dropped off and picked up. The bus stop to Happo One (Nakiyama) slopes were just out the front door. This has been the best accommodation experience in our lives and we definitely will be back. It truly felt like a cosy home away from home. Thank you Mr Chan from the bottom of our hearts!

The lodge offers a terrace. Belnina had a very nice family feel. Taka, Seiko and their friend Danny made our stay fantastic. Taka was very helpful with resort information and went beyond by picking us up and dropping us to the station. Seiko and Danny did a great job with breakfast, especially with the homemade baking. The drying room was great and the onsen was a great addition after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. Free WiFi is available at the entire property and guests can reserve a private open-air bath overlooking the forest. A free shuttle is available from JR Hakuba Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking. Forest views are available from the 2nd floor of the accommodation. Close to the main road, amazingly friendly staffs, good size room with bath. Fridge, washing machine, ensuite bath, big kitchen space were available. We had 4 single beds in our room and was big enough for all 4 of us. The bed was comfortable too. The onsen in the shared area was also nice. You had to make reservations in advance to secure a 45min slot. One was only inside but the other had both inside and outside baths.

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. JR Hakuba Train Station is a 10-minute drive away. Everything is perfect. We had an excellent at week there. Toshi and his wife are excellent hosts. He drove us to/from bus terminal slopes, ski rental shops/supermarkets. He was so nice that sometimes we don't want to ask him for a ride. The kitchen is well equipped ranging from rice cooker, microwave, oven, fridge, sukiyaki pot, coffee maker, various sizes of dish and bowl, etc.

A continental breakfast is available at the lodge. Everything, the room was perfect and warm, koki and Naomi give us excellent service..koki also cook very good dinner and bake a very niceeee bread.. the most delicious bread I ever had in my life.. his bread is a must!!

The lodge offers a continental or American breakfast. It was a very nice experience to stay here, breakfast was delicious every day, it is very close to the ski resort and the staff is amazing they were very friendly and helpful, especially Hiro and Erick, thank you guys for a lovely stay!
