Twinseas Villa is a nice place. Very very clean, it is the most important to me. The mattress is very comfortable, the bed sheets sets is made of High quality 100% cotton. Very especial and comfortable to have a good night. The shower is amazing!!!! 😍 The place is silence, big, very comfortable, very clean , perfect!!! Near to Melast and Karma kandara beach. We will be back for sure !!! Thank you so much !!!

While the pool was under maintenance due to heavy rain before my arrival, the owner offered a generous solution by letting me stay for an additional night, free of charge. This level of proactive care turned a minor inconvenience into a wonderful bonus. The true highlight, however, was their support after I had checked out. I was in a panic thinking I had left my passport at the resort. The owner was not only incredibly prompt and responsive to my message but was also extremely helpful, allowing me to return to the property to search for it. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, even after I was no longer a guest, truly blew me away. This level of customer service is truly remarkable. I highly recommend Resort JUNGLEROOM Canggu to anyone looking for a place where the owner genuinely cares about their guests' experience.

I like it that it’s small estate, there are only a couple bungalows but very well maintained and spotless clean (and I’m very particular about cleanliness!!). Putu, the manager and his staffs were very helpful and warm, and they always make sure the room is in tip top condition. They will prepare the evening mosquito net for the bed for us. I highly recommend this place for your stay, even after I stayed in other places around Canggu, nothing can beat Umakayu service and quality. Even with the lush atmosphere, there were only mosquitoes but just like everywhere else in Bali, bring mosquitoes repellent to the rescue. Also there were no bugs crawling into your room (pest control is done regularly here)! The estate is also tightly guarded with CCTV at the gate, hence no need to worry regarding your safety. You are well taken care of by Umakayu. When I did my booking, they gave me a heads up that there was some construction work nearby, but during my stay I barely noticed it! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable, I’ll definitely come back here!
