I made a slight booking error with my days and they very helpfully shifted the booking. They didn't need to do that it was very kind of them to do so. Lovely clean properties in an excellent location. Would recommend this family-run property. All the best to them, would love to come back one day. :)

The pictures don’t do this place and the staff justice. You just have to be there to know it’s amazing and picturesque. The staff are you helpful and attentive! The location is great if you want a somewhat remote and less busy experience. There are two big resorts with spas and beach clubs withing 5 mins drive. There’s are a few other big ones withjnf 30mins. Accommodation comes with appliances and even a blender and water dispenser 😊 I will be back and never leave! Dicky was welcoming. While the pool was under maintenance due to heavy rain before my arrival, the owner offered a generous solution by letting me stay for an additional night, free of charge. This level of proactive care turned a minor inconvenience into a wonderful bonus. The true highlight, however, was their support after I had checked out. I was in a panic thinking I had left my passport at the resort. The owner was not only incredibly prompt and responsive to my message but was also extremely helpful, allowing me to return to the property to search for it. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, even after I was no longer a guest, truly blew me away. This level of customer service is truly remarkable. I highly recommend Resort JUNGLEROOM Canggu to anyone looking for a place where the owner genuinely cares about their guests' experience.

Great location, short walk to the beach and short walk to Perama bus. I felt very safe! There's no pool here, but guests can use the gorgeous pool at Poppies 1, which is nearby. I loved the character of the place. Yes, you can hear a bit of noise, you're staying on Poppies Two after all, but it does feel like an oasis of calm in the chaos of Legian!

It was spacious, nice and clean. Managers were always in touch, answering all the questions anytime. AC is perfect, very often in other places AC was right above your face and was blowing directly, but here it was perfect, room was cold, but no ac in your face. Very neat and tidy.
