Of all the cottages we stayed in, this was the most spacious — featuring a large living area and roomy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to five people. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive to any request. The cottage is brand new and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Very nice shower, big enough, and a comfy house. !!Pay attention: the direction via the booking app will bring you to another chalet!! You'd better write "Rosa's guesthouse", but don't literally follow the directions- both Waze and Google maps will take you to the upper road- which is super narrow and steep. Better talk to Rosa, the owner, and she will direct you to a better road which is not found on any map, from the main Mestia's road. It's super easy to get to the chalet actually.

Perfect location - 3min walk to the center of Mestia and many restaurants but in the quiet side street. Privacy - there is only one cottage with a big garden where you can enjoy beautiful views out of the mountains, you can make a campfire or just chill on the swing chair. The host Tamar - such a lovely, attentive and responsive host who is always willing to help you. The cottage is super clean, well-equiped and the beds and linen are really comfortable. Plus there is a lovely grey cat which stole our hearts <3

Beautiful view. The owner was nice and friendly. It looks like in the pictures. We were hesitating between a couple of locations in the area, but we are glad we went for this one. It is a cottage, do consider this - though you won't most probably get 'fancier' in the surroundings. The breakfast was good and we had some jam for once!

We stayed one night here before we went to the 4 days trek and decided to come back to the same place after the trek, we like this small guesthouse. The garden and balcony are lovely. The balcony brings the other tourists together and we met some of the friendliest tourists and spent a good evening together. The host doesn’t speak a lot of English but he is still very friendly to accommodate the check in and checkout for us. There is a fully equipped kitchen available for guests which is a big plus.

The guesthouse was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The room and bathroom (with bathtub and toilet) were very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The yard was beautiful and peaceful — a perfect place to relax. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We truly felt like part of the family. Thank you so much for everything — we would love to come back!
