You can tell he puts real care into the place and into the guests. Because of him, my stay was comfortable and stress free. They served us hearty meals and treated us like family. The location is wonderful, but please be aware that it is about 4-5 hours drive from Cairo. I recommend booking the transfer with Tzila directly. Kim is very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Thanks to her, we booked the tour of the desert with a dinner. Our expert driver set-up camp and prepared our meal while we stargazed. One of the most amazing experiences. Highly recommend the day tour of the desert.

The simple design of the hotel is beautiful and fascinating, but what really makes it worth it is the kind host Mohammed which helped us organize all the activities in Siwa. Also a big shout out to our amazing tuk tuk driver (or better say ferrari driver) Mohammed, which took us EVERYWHERE in Siwa. Even though it is not part of the hotel I would like to give a little bit of visibility to the Siwa Terracotta School, which is less than five minutes walking from Albabenshal. You need to support their beautiful work and talented artists, and there you can find the best souvenirs in Egypt.
