They helped us with everything we needed- helped us finding a taxi, come directly to our room for extra blankets. The place is beautiful and quite. Everything was clean. There are good fan and ac on the room and the shower is great with good hot water. The breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty. When we asked for a little breakfast from the stuff for a breakfast for the morning after (that we left early before breakfast time) they made us sandwich which were great!!!
