Location was great, not too far of a drive for the day of arrival it placed us very close to our first activity on the following day. Poás Volcano and Bajos del Toro Blue Falls trail. The restaurant was great, we had a very tasty warm meal upon our arrival and breakfast was great. The whole facility was beautiful and well groomed. Staff were nice and extremely helpful. They helped us book online the tickets we needed while we used their computer.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Most things are made in beautiful wood. . Stunning garden area, has even red eyed frogs just outside of the dining area. They have also man6 birds and some other animals in the area. We made the chocolate and pineapple tours which were really interesting. Also the Nighttours was quite interesting.

Juan Santamaría International Airport is 88 km from the property. We had an amazing time at Yatama and met Pedro and Ethan, who where great guides and persons. Thanks again at the whole time for this wonderful experience in the middle of the jungle :)

This lodge is set in the Tirimbina Nature Reserve and 2 km from De la Virgen Park. It features free Wi-Fi, an extensive garden and a furnished terrace.

Tirimbina Rainforest Lodge offers free breakfast and a buffet at its restaurant. This is an amazing place. We booked last minute so missed out on the evening Bat Tour. If you go be sure to book this in advance. Otherwise you don't need a tour. The place is amazing with all of the wildlife - actually not on the trails but close to the rooms. The trails are lots of fun and the hanging bridges espescially.

Tipi Maleku, a property with a garden and a terrace, is set in Heredia, 16 km from Poas National Park, 5.5 km from La Paz Waterfall Gardens, as well as 6.9 km from La Paz Waterfall. This lodge offers free private parking, room service and free WiFi. What a beautiful spot ! The river along the cabin, the pond with the animals and the waterfall nearby are so charming. I wish I would have stay more than a night because I would have like to enjoy more all the facilities around and the beautiful surroundings.
