So clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Loved being in a quiet neighborhood. Also the staff were so helpful and cheerful. We felt so welcome.

As we were early in the season, we had the whole resort for ourselves (the staff left during the day and the night, which felt a bit strange during the first night as we wondered whether we were safe).

With garden views, Mundo Milo Eco Lodge is located in Playa Junquillal and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Very relaxing all the staff were wonderful the food was great!

Featuring river views, Cabañas Cañas Castilla in La Cruz features accommodation, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Best location in the area of La Cruz. Close to the beaches, yet secluded lush paradise. Our second time staying here. You are surrounded by native old trees that attracts wildlife- toucans, parrots, colibri, monkeys every days. It’s so peaceful. This place is a destination on its own. Cabins are very cozy, hot water always with good pressure. Crisp linens. Daily housekeeping. Great breakfast. But most importantly you will be warmly received by the owners. Wonderful people that make you feel at home. For sure will be back and recommending this place to everyone. Internet connection not great for those whose life depends on it.

The owners are very nice and make sure you have everything you need. The food in the evening and the breakfast were both very good. The lodges themselves are stunning and very clean with an amazing view. I would recommend this place to everyone, its amazing. Wish I stayed longer. Note: if you go by car, don’t trust google maps, it will guide you offroad. Its nice but you need both an adventurous mindset and an 4x4, don’t try it without both of them or you might run into trouble (e.g. get stuck). There is a proper road towards the lodges which is fine, look at the instructions the owners send you or ask them.

A continental breakfast is available at the lodge. Oh my gosh, this place is a magical paradise! Just go. You'll be transported to a supremely relaxing and decadent beach jungle. We stayed in the room with its own infinity pool - WORTH IT! Breakfasts are divine, the views are off the charts, all the finishings are gorgeous and thoughtful. We kept noticing cool touches and said nothing is overlooked or unplanned at Canta La Rana. They've seriously thought of everything ! You'll marvel at the location and wonder how in the world did they build such an amazing retreat on this high ridge. But it's perfect! And very, very close to the beach (although you'll want to drive, and have a 4x4 - no joke)!
