Everything about our stay here was fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect for a day of exploring and we always came back to a delicious dinner. There was so much to do on the property alone and was a great place to reach other parts of town while also being in more of a local area.

With one small exception, absolutely everything! If you want to stay near Arenal and explore the rainforests around the volcano, this is the place to go and stay. Views are out of this world and accomodations are great. Loved their focus on sustainability and eco-tourism. We stayed for three nights but could easily have spent a week.

Lovely place immersed in the nature! Very safe also for female solo travel, even if it’s a bit isolated. The tent is really functional and it’s like a proper room with all comforts. I had a lovely time also with Felix and the cows that live in front of the tent. It was a blessing to wake up in the nature like that! And it’s in front of a volcano!

Very private and safe cabin with stunning volcano views. The cabin is well equipped with everything you would need for meals. The benches outside are so cute and perfect to sit down and watch all the beautiful birds that come by. It was one of our favourite stays of the trip?

Absolutely amazing place run by great hosts. Definitely a highlight of our vacation in CR. They have their own forest where you can take a walk or you can chill in a hammock in their stunning garden full of birds. Ideal place for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful nature.

The view from the property was amazing! It was a bit cloudy sometimes but we could usually see Arenal poking through. The garden is so beautiful, and attracts gorgeous butterflies and hummingbirds. My dad had a great time just sitting on the patio and enjoying the sound of the jungle, watching all the wildlife surrounding the cottage. It was so peaceful and relaxing there. We also found the resident sloth on the road next to the house! The mural on the walls of the house is unbelievably beautiful!! The house was compact but had everything you needed - hot water, wifi, washing machine, AC, fully equalised kitchen, and even a smart TV. We really enjoyed staying there, and the price was great too!

Excellent service. The rooms are perfect and comfortable with a nice view of the river. Great breakfast. And a paradise for birdwatching. Macaws and many more. Augusto is a great host, and the owner, Alfonso, and his family will make you feel at home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was great and we really loved the free hour in the hot pool as well as the cacao tour and the welcome drink & snacks!

This is a fantastic location to stay at, very peaceful set in beautiful grounds that are well maintained. The flora and fauna are second to none of like myself you are into birdwatching and photography this is a must stay location. The hosts are very friendly and extremely helpful.
