The owner is exceptionally nice and helped with figuring out many things regarding the stay in the area. The hut was beautiful and peaceful, a highlight of my Colombia trip. Be aware of the fact that it is in a forest, so you will get to see insects and potentially even small animals. If you have a problem with that, then it might not be the most suitable place - but I actually loved being in a quiet place in the middle of nature.

The lodge offers a hot tub. Stayed here for 3 nights and it was superb! The location and the views are stunning and the ‘nest’ was very bright and cosy with a great big glass window to enjoy the view. We had all food made for us and it was truly delicious made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Daniel was incredibly kind and helpful with everything, including last minute requests. You can see the dedication of the owner on every detail. It has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. Tayrona Park is 10 minutes walking distance.
