Most comfortable cabin of our trip so far. Very well thought out cabin. Could not fault anything. Beautiful cosy design. Short walk to lake beach for beautiful sunset. Great bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Big comfy bed. Very helpful staff.

A nice setting to enjoy the moment. A peaceful setting, the place has everything you need: a comfortable king size bed, a balcony to enjoy the view of the lake and the volcano (if not covered with clouds!), a kitchenette, plenty of hot water for showers, and very sweet hosts. And the plentiful breakfast was brought to our door every morning. It was our base to explore the lake and the countryside.

A warm welcome with generous hearts. Our room was warm and cosy with a comfortable bed. We loved sitting in the lounge during our evenings to enjoy a glass of our own wine bought at a local supermarket. It was indeed a home away from home. We had fabulous advice for the must see/dos in the area and assistance with bookings as needed. Breakfast was too good not to eat, with homebaked treats.

The location was spectacular, with a phenomenal view of Volcán Osorno. The cabin itself was stylish and airy. We loved using the grill and the hot tub as well. The staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful. We ordered the breakfast one morning and it was delicious, with plenty for leftovers. This was an exceptional experience!

What a gem! A gem of a place, a gem of a host! We’ll miss him very much.

We were always asked what time we wanted to have breakfast. We stayed over Newyear's eve and New years day. And they arranged for a delicious meals to be brought to the lodge for us during a time many restaurants were closed. Parking was in a gated area and very secure. they have cat and dogs that were very friendly, but were kept outside our entire stay. The owners kept in contact with us prior to arriving. I would go back here anytime!

Our stay in the place was short, however we managed to establish a super pleasant and friendly communication with Nano, the owner of the place and his work team, who treated us in a super warm and close way. I must also mention that Nano was a good support for us, during the trip, with recommendations, and giving his help after we suffered an accident on the road. We are fine, nothing happened to us, however we had to alter the order of everything a bit and Nano in a super disinterested way helped us.
