It’s exceptionally clean, peaceful, and run by a very kind and friendly staff. The building has a charming traditional exterior with a nostalgic touch, while still being modern and well-maintained inside. The staff cleans the rooms daily, ensuring everything stays spotless. Breakfast was quite good, especially the cottage cheeses, which gave me a real taste of natural Swiss food. The train station is just 100 meters away, and from there it’s only three stops to Interlaken Ost, with easy access to other destinations—including Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujoch, the Top of Europe. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stop for Line 105, which takes you directly to Interlaken West. Upon arrival, the hotel provides a tourist card that offers free public transportation within Interlaken, making it even more convenient to explore the area. They also lend umbrellas for unexpected weather with a small deposit, which is refunded when returned. Everything was excellent. it was a truly unforgettable experience for me.

Surrounded by a large garden, Waldhuus Bellary is peacefully located at the foot of the Eiger Mountain at the edge of Grindelwald and, the hotel has been renovated into a retro 70s style. The place is amazing! Beautiful with an amazing view. Everything clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming. It is not very close to the city center, but it's two steps away from the bus stop and the busses are super punctual!
