Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, spacious, modern and furnished with light colours. Wonderful interaction with Sofia during the booking process. She always replied very promptly and kindly with tons of useful info about activities , pick up/ drop off , Visa needed to cross bordering countries and anything else I asked her. I appreciated very much the afternoon tea/ coffee station with very tasty home made cookies. The lodge is located close to a village with lots of kids very in need so I would suggest all guests visiting the River View to bring some clothes / shoes/ books / toys for those kids and the property to let everybody aware of this chance upon reservation since it takes really nothing to help them and being rewarded with a big smile !

The bar and restaurant area are quite incredible. You can sit there day or night and see animals quite often in the hundreds around the water hole. The whole Safari comes to you whilst you have a drink. Incredible place.
