The staff is really friendly and helpful. We got to the property late at night (due to some delays in our journey) and despite that, Paola, the administrator, was there waiting for us and had figured that out already. Besides, she gave us every single piece of advice on how to enjoy our stay even better by providing us directions to all necessary facilities in town and tips on the tours to take in. And at checkout she was very kind to keep our things while we were waiting for our time to leave the city. We loved the town and Paola made it even more appreciative. It felt like home. I will definitely recommend it to anyone I know who’s going to El Calafate.
