Host Paola was very welcoming and provided some nearby recommendations. She also helped call us a cab to get to the bus station when we left.

El Calafate Bus Station is less than 1 km from the lodge, while Regional Museum is a 6-minute walk from the property. Comandante Armando Tola International Airport is 19 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Matias was a great host. The property is located very close the town center and bus terminal.

A microwave, a minibar and stovetop are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Oh my goodness, everything about our stay was perfect! Monica was a great hostess; she was so attentive to our needs, She went above and beyond to make sure we were good. She helped us as soon as we arrived at the airport and there were NO cars for us to rent because they had closed the roads (due to the high winds that day). She got right on it and helped us get a car that would get us to the cabin at least until a rental car became available. On that first day that we were stuck at the cabin, she recommended places for us to eat and get delivery. Then kept us up to date with the road closures, and gave us advice on where to go during our days there. Her animals are super friendly, the goad, the dogs, the cats. Everything in our cabin was clean and all the appliances worked perfectly. Thankful for this wonderful experience. Everyone was happy at this cabin with the amazing Lago Argentino views, away from the city but the "city" was maybe 10 mins away driving.

Located inside Los Glaciares National Park, Estancia Cristina Lodge - El Calafate has cosy rooms with mountain views in a privileged natural scenario. Guests staying at Cristina can treat themselves to Patagonian dishes at the on-site restaurant and a daily breakfast. All was absolutely perfect. The landscape from the boat was amazing. The estancia is located in a pristine location in nature’s kingdom. You are nearly alone in the middle of nowhere. It is an incredible experience. The room is gorgeous. The staff incredible and the food delicious. The excursions are unbelievable especially the full day canyon walk and the full day horse ride. Nothing to change. We really recommend !!!

Cabañas de Nené Aparts has fully furnished cottages styled with rustic wood furnishings and a warm palette. They are fitted with cable TV and have full kitchen facilities. Private bathrooms include bath tubs. Laundry services are offered. The nicest and friendliest host ever! Super clean cabin, has every gadget you need in the kitchen. Has plenty of room for a small family! Breakfast is served good quality ham and cheese, croissants, etc. The location is a bit away from downtown (12 minute walk), but we needed peace and quite. Cabañas Nevis, excelente ubicación has fully furnished Alpine-style cabins with kitchen and BBQ facilities, and cable TV. All bungalows are equipped with private bathrooms and bath tubs. Some bungalows also feature 2 bathrooms and spacious seating areas overlooking Redonda Bay and the Andean Mountain Range. Excellent location and wonderful service.

The Solares Del Sur offers cozy apartments and cabins with plenty of room, modern amenities and great views of the Argentinean Lake.
