The setting was amazing, the twin lodge was comfortable and luxurious. There was walks that could be done on site. The food was exceptional. The transport system within the park worked well. It was lovely to finish off the evening with our own campfire. All of the staff were professional and courteous particularly Taha, Hassan and Chandra. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or re moment to others.

Beautiful building in a great area, lovely staff, they advised me to do a desert safari evening which I did 3pm-9pm and what a great experience.

The breakfast is really nice, variety of choice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave us a plug adapter since most plugs in the room are of eu standard (think of it in advance), and a band aid when I hurt my leg with a new shoe. The cleaning service guys are exceptionally polite and attentive, too. We also ordered a safari toor at the concierge counter. The hotel also has a free spa zone that includes a sauna and a jacuzzi, we did enjoy it. Josef at the counter was most helpful of all.

The staff on the reception were so polite and tried to support us for everything.The concierge was super he saw our confusion with the safari excursion and call and arrange for us for the next day. Perfect concierge. Thank you so much!

The staff were extremely accommodating. They kindly extended our check out time as we were only leaving for our flight at 230am. They also allowed us to wash up in the gym toilets after our desert safari tour. They also allowed us to rest at the lobby while waiting to depart for the airport.

A wonderful experience and something different to the norm. When you tell people you are staying in the zoo they usually laugh at you but it really has the most surprisingly luxurious, almost safari feel to it. My parents loved it soo much.
