We had such a great time at Insika Lodge. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and nicely designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food was really tasty, both breakfast and dinner were great. One of the highlights was the complimentary sunset river cruise, which completely exceeded our expectations. We happened to be celebrating a birthday during our stay, the team arranged a cake and celebration on the cruise at no extra cost. They also left a gift in the room. It was such a kind gesture that we’ll never forget. All of the staff were fantastic. We had a little issue in the room and they immediately solved it! We especially want to thank Grace for her kindness and exceptional service. We were also able to book activities (such as the Zambezi Park Game Drive) directly through the lodge, which was super convenient. There is also a nice spa on-site if you want to relax with a great massage. The free shuttle to the town and Victoria Falls gate was super handy, and when we needed a taxi outside the shuttle times, the lodge helped us arrange one for about $15 USD. And we could directly pay to the lodge. Even when we booked tours through other platforms like Viator, everything went smoothly, drivers knew the lodge and picked us up right from there. Overall, Insika Lodge was amazing, and we’re really happy we chose to stay there. Highly recommend it!

Pamarah lodge was a breath of fresh air. The staff are exceptional and detail orientated (the welcome drink and facecloth were a nice touch). The rooms were great and clearly had a lot of thought behind them. Having USB charging on both sides of the bed, fresh ground coffee and a french press, a ceiling fan and an AC unit, and a super comfy bed. The breakfast was amazing, among the best I've had at a hotel, the restraunt at night was fantastic. The overall vibe of the place was one of relaxation. The front desk were able to organize dinners, tours, taxis, and laundry and did so with a smile. A must if in Victoria Falls.

Simply amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shongwe Lookout. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The food was always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a good variety. A short walk of 2 km to the falls, or an easy-to-arrange cab ride at a reasonable cost. All transactions we did in USD.

10/10 we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was a little out of town (so less helicopter noise) and was perfectly serene. One of the best places we have ever stayed. We will be back! The staff were all wonderful. Special mention to Kylie 😊

It was a very peaceful site with huts so beautifully designed . The gardens were emmacutely maintained adding to the peaceful atmosphere felt throughout. The staff were all amazing and went out of their way to help you, especially Loveness from housekeeping and Tawanda the chef who makes amazing fresh meals. The lodge has a shuttle service into town which was very useful. The rooms were cosy at perfect temperature for a comfortable nights sleep. Rooms cleaned everyday. Remember mosquito repellant !

Everything. The place is really peaceful with only 4 lodges, the lodges have everything you need, Millie and the team are so nice and helpful, we really did not have to think about anything there. It also doesn’t hurt that it is right on the game reserve and you wake up to zebras, impalas and baboons!
