We liked everything. It has a nice atmosphere, close to the river. Breakfast was delicious and you have a lot of options to choose from. The owner is really nice, easy to communicate with. Wifi is working very well. I highly recommended to everyone who wants to enjoy peace and nature.

Misty Mountain is situated on the Long Tom Pass, between Sabie and Lydenburg on the Panorama Route and close to Kruger National Park. The lodge has a restaurant, pub and kid’s playground.

This is our third time here – always at the start of our South Africa trips. The remote location allows for absolute peace and quiet, while the Panorama Route with all its attractions is right on our doorstep. The staff is super friendly, everything was very clean, and the meals are absolutely delicious. We visited several waterfalls here and hiked the Secretary Bird Trail at Mac Mac Pools. It's an easy walk, about an hour and a half, through beautiful nature.

Situated by the Sabie River, Floreat Riverside Lodge and Spa features an outdoor swimming pool and views of the garden and the river. This lodge also has a lounge bar and a restaurant.

Zur Alten Mine is situated 5 km outside of Graskop. Guests can walk around the dam in the gardens or hike up to the old mine.

Beautiful place. Unfortunately we stayed only 2 nights, we couldn't see the whole property, but we would like to come back. The accommodation is well arranged and cosy with a fire place perfect in the winter. Don't miss the breakfast, it's delicious with many local and homemade products.

Perched high up in the forestry hills, Timamoon Lodge is located in Hazyview, just 800 metres from the R40. The lodge offers an outdoor pool, restaurant and terrace.

everything is amazing. The staff and owners do everything to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. We felt like we were treated like princesses. The view is stunning, the pool and terraces amazing and the room spacious. Everything was clean and we werent missing anything. It was a perfect stay. The road leading to the lodge looks currently not so beautiful as the trees there were cut down but soon there will be new trees planted so that is just a temporary thing. It doesnt affect the stay or view.

The property sits atop a hill and is gorgeous. It’s my idea of heaven. The views from the room and the dining area are beautiful! The owner Renata made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast is plentiful, rooms are nice and very clean, service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.
