Impeccable accomodation with amazing and knowledgeable hosts Urs and Faith. Faith’s hospitality was next level. The breakfast spread was out of this world and the hot breakfast was absolutely delicious. Great location and exceptionally clean. We have stayed in many places over the years but Candlewood Lodge was the best place we have stayed at. We had dinner at the restaurant on the premises and it was fine dining at its best. The meet and greet with the other guests was a great way of learning about other cultures and countries. Cannot recommend this place enough. If you are in Knysna please do yourself a huge favour and stay here you will not regret it.

The place was exquisite and we loved everything that was offered. Electric blankets for cold nights, extra blankets to use while watching TV, fire wood and lighters, the jacuzzi, and the fact that we were right next to the beach and were offered beach towels 😀. This was heaven and earth combined ❤️ everyone loved and enjoyed their stay and felt at home 😊.

Situated along the Bollard Bay in Knysna, Leisure Isle Lodge features a normal standard pool, and an a la carte restaurant.

We stayed 3 nights in August and Everything was more than perfect!! The place and the vue were stunning! The people working at the hotel were so helpful, extremely kind and welcoming and considerate. We booked 4 rooms and they were all pretty . The food was excellent Best hotel of our trip in South Africa.

I like the seaview and the owner was very very nice let us feel at home immediately let us feel part of the family we really enjoyed our stay there will definitely go again.The owner went really out of her way for us let us feel at ease.Even changed channels for us even though there is no Netflix but we were very happy with our stay.
