My brother and I had perfect 2 days in Shamba Hostel. We were the only guest in the entire Hostel but breakfast and dinner were prepared with so much love and it was very tasty...thank you for these perfect dinners. Rooms were very clean with clean bathrooms on suite. No luxury at all, but everything there what you need. The host, his wife and the rest of the staff were very kind and friendly. They also took us for a short stroll through the nearby village. If I ever come to Arusha again, I will stay here. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

We stayed at Meru Mbega Lodge twice - one night prior to our ascent of Mount Meru and the night after the three-day hiking trip. Both stays were really good. Staff is extremely nice and helpful, food is great (we even got an extra portion of green vegetables), fresh fruit juices are different every day and homemade. We also enjoyed the calmness of the place, the many trees and the nice view on Kilimanjaro. We definitely would recommend to stay at this lodge if you want to visit Arusha National Park since it is very close to the first gate.

This is the perfect lodge to escape the usual bubble of Tanzania safari tourism. The lodge is run by the in partnership of the Watoto Foundation, which actively improves and improves the life of street children in Tanzania. - Food was good and prepared with love and care. - Breakfast was great, lot of fresh fruit, eggs to order and big portion - Dinner was served in multiple courses. All nice, daily changing menu - The lodge is run by solar energy so expect romantic lighting and a positive feeling of remoteness. My highlights were: - Coffee walk with local guide and women from the neighbouring village preparing coffee from green bean to roasting and brewing while singing Tanzania songs. - Reading, meditation and spending time in the Tea room with view on the picture perfect swamp… waiting for the hippo to come by. - Looking at the sky at night while sitting by the outside fireplace - Visit of the neighbouring National park

I could tell you so much about this hotel. Comfortable houses in a wonderful garden ensure a peaceful rest. The kitchen is excellent, the staff will do everything to make you feel good. Colobus monkeys jump above your head, buffaloes graze in the wildlife park. It's all wonderfully special.

I liked the room ,it was very nice and comfortable. Room was clean and had lovely balcony with a lovely wives. Beautiful gardens and view of the both mountains. We were greeted by lovely staff and made welcome.

Gorgeous location, new lodge with lovely pool and terrace to enjoy the sunset with a drink. The rooms are well designed and spacious. An amazing thing I would like everyone to be aware of as I was originally not when I booked is that the profits go into their W.Wegener Foundation who supports young africans education, so guests contribute with their expenses to important social projects - amazing initiative! We also did the city trip and our guide was lovely!

One of our favorite place in Arusha, Tanzania. Very conformable place. We stayed here in total 4 nights by extending and extending our stay, as it was very nice place to stay. There is a spacious kitchen that you can cook if you wish. There are many small local shop around this place, we went to buy some veggies and meat to cook by ourselves
