What an amazing place start to finish. Ignore the bad reviews. We stayed for one night and two days and would have happily stayed more! The staff everyone of them were outstanding happy and very friendly! They made our stay. There is so much to do here, it's not just about the springs. We loved the orchid garden butterfly farm waterfalls garden and the pool too!! Canopy was scary but good. Room was perfect to! Such a great relaxing stay. Restaurant great and for the location reasonably priced, if your tight on budget there are street food style restaurants to eat outside. But definitely book a night or two on your travels. Your Staff are a credit to you!! Rafflesia flowers are available to view locally to at the moment. Thanks!

The location is good even though the road to the area is a bit steep. Easy access to necessities & tourist spots. The room is spacious with a nice view from the balcony with sitting area (fyi, it’s not facing mt. kinabalu). Fits 2-3 pax since there’s an extra mattress. There’s also a public kitchen available and a cafe which opens until 9pm.

It is on the slope below the roadside. The environment is very good. You can hear birds singing during the day and frogs croaking at night. The counter staff is also very nice.
