Property is settled in beautiful nature surrounded by tea plantation with direct view to Mount Kinabalu. Challets are extremely good value for money, clean and comfortable. Restaurant offered very tasty food with very good quality at reasonable prices. We stayed there just one night when we were transferring from Kinabalu national park to Sepilok, but it was a great choice. We would wished to spend one day more there to explore the surroundings.

What an amazing place start to finish. Ignore the bad reviews. We stayed for one night and two days and would have happily stayed more! The staff everyone of them were outstanding happy and very friendly! They made our stay. There is so much to do here, it's not just about the springs. We loved the orchid garden butterfly farm waterfalls garden and the pool too!! Canopy was scary but good. Room was perfect to! Such a great relaxing stay. Restaurant great and for the location reasonably priced, if your tight on budget there are street food style restaurants to eat outside. But definitely book a night or two on your travels. Your Staff are a credit to you!! Rafflesia flowers are available to view locally to at the moment. Thanks!

Extremely helpful staff members - did our washing for us with a rapid turn around, moved our suitcases to our new room on the second night, helped us with transport to the national park etc. Clean rooms with efficient fan and comfortable beds. Free bottled water provided, with beautiful views of sunset from kitchen and terrace. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
