What an amazing place start to finish. Ignore the bad reviews. We stayed for one night and two days and would have happily stayed more! The staff everyone of them were outstanding happy and very friendly! They made our stay. There is so much to do here, it's not just about the springs. We loved the orchid garden butterfly farm waterfalls garden and the pool too!! Canopy was scary but good. Room was perfect to! Such a great relaxing stay. Restaurant great and for the location reasonably priced, if your tight on budget there are street food style restaurants to eat outside. But definitely book a night or two on your travels. Your Staff are a credit to you!! Rafflesia flowers are available to view locally to at the moment. Thanks!

Extremely helpful staff members - did our washing for us with a rapid turn around, moved our suitcases to our new room on the second night, helped us with transport to the national park etc. Clean rooms with efficient fan and comfortable beds. Free bottled water provided, with beautiful views of sunset from kitchen and terrace. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Staff very friendly, esp Ritchel, who drove us up the hill and reception staff who helped call our car rental company when our car wouldn't start. Nice mix of walks around the site, up to/ down from the main mountain walk start.

Rustic but very nice, well located, balcony looking over the trees and to the mountains, nice for birdwatching and watching the fog roll in. Nice restaurant, friendly staff.

The rooms were a good size, clean and comfy. Amazing views of Mount Kinabalu to wake up to. we loved the hosts, so nice and helpful. The common area was great !
