Very much in the heart of nature. A spacious room. The breakfast was good and substantial. Sadeepa, the hosts' son, helped me a lot. He advised on the walks up both Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rocks. As he had a tuk tuk it was easy to get to each of the Rocks to do a sunrise walk. He kindly came early in the morning to pick me up and charged a fair rate. Sadeepa also helped me to get my laundry done and was a great help, which made my stay very easy and pleasant.

We really loved our stay here! The host family is really friendly and hospitable. We asked them if they could provide us with dinner and breakfast and it exceeded our expectations. They provided us with a delicious home cooked meal and fresh fruits straight from their own garden. Also the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had an amazing time and i can only recommend staying here.

We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The family welcomed us with incredible warmth and hospitality, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Their son, Chamee, kindly took us to visit both Pidurangala and Sigiriya — it was an unforgettable experience, perfectly organized. We also had the chance to join a fantastic cooking class with Kumani - the mother -, where we learned a lot and had so much fun. Everything was simply perfect. An extraordinary place a bit off the beaten track but absolutely worth the drive for an unique jungle experience. We loved the treehouse as well as the roommates 🐸🐛 The employees were all very kind and the food options were quite nice. The bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the jungle. We also liked the outside shower and the fact that the mosquitos spared us. The river close by with the free spa therapy was also lovely.
