Overall the best place we have stayed in Japan. The food was incredible and really well prepared. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. The onsen was amazing and didn’t mind they we had tattoos which was really nice and didn’t feel awkward about it. It gave a really nice family vibe however was also an exceptional well run lodge. Will 100% come back again, we keep comparing it the other places we have been and nothing compares.

Great location and Geoff was so so helpful.

The staff are so lovely, Takashi and Echo are so friendly and helpful, creating a very homely vibe. The location is a little secluded but nothing a free shuttle can't fix, and the food is delicious. Warm rooms with underfloor heating, and comfy beds. all the facilities I felt were needed, and a lot of personality inside the building! It's a very cool place to stay, especially in season when there are many others staying. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay guys!

The management was very lovely and helpful. They handled our ski lift pass with better price. Some facilites were refurnished couple of months ago, some shower has been added. Big shout out for Olivier who was a great host.

Saki and Hayden were amazing hosts, made us feel very welcome. The staff were lovely and the food DELISH! Breakfast was different each day and super tasty. Japanese room was so comfy and cosy. Overall, a great stay and would come again

The breakfast was really delicious and the perfect start to a day of skiing. The Japanese style room was cosy and very clean. Seiko-san and everyone working at the guest house were really helpful and welcoming. The location is also perfect especially after we realised how easy it was to walk to the gondola instead of taking the shuttle bus, which was also easy.
