The hotel is beautifully designed, as are the rooms. The location is perfect, on a quiet street next to princess st and the shops. There was hot water, the ac worked well but the fan was enough (we were there in september). Everything was perfect!

The room is basic but comfortable and appropriate for the price. The location is very good — about 10 minutes from the metro and roughly 5 minutes from the ferry. There’s also a bazaar very close by that’s great for an evening walk and exploring local life. The best part of my stay was the reception staff, especially Rafael. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. He recommended places to visit, helped me with train tickets, and assisted with many other things during my stay. Many thanks again to him for making my trip easier and more enjoyable.

Very good property at this rate. Location, owner, cleanliness etc were good. It is surrounded by many restaurants & eataries for food at affordable price which remain open at late night.

Everything about this place is homely, from the pantry that is open to all, to the food which seems home cooked and not commercial (and also comes at a low cost). There are only 2-3 options each time for breakfast and dinner, but everything I tried tasted good. (I didn't ask if they also serve lunch as I was eating outside). The hotel has direct well water, which means all the water from the taps is drinkable. Towels and other amenities are provided upon request (but they only gave one towel per room).
