The place is very new and super clean. It’s perfectly located, close to everything in Sidemen. The owners are friendly and helpful. We just loved sitting on our little terrace looking at the greenery around. We were quite unlucky with the weather as it rained a lot but we got to see Mount Agung twice just sitting and chilling on the veranda and it was just amazing. The beds are comfortable, the room and bathroom spacious, all very clean and fresh.

A villa and location like no other. The view of the valley with the constant river flow along with two days of luxurious sunset and sunrise experience provides for a therapeutic experience. The villa gave us an exceptionally romantic experience tucked within a farming village with the glorious Mt Agung overlooking it all. Service by the villa keeper, Ms Kadek, was top notch, ever so responsive and managed our needs throughout the stay there flawlessly. Villa is clean and has an open concept. There are no fans or air conditioning, yet the natural cool mountain air and breeze made up for it! Hot water and WiFi are available. Meals ordered via the restaurants in the village were appropriately priced and delicious. We went for the local delicacies. The villa and its surrounding village are safe with friendly smiling locals.

· A new Lodge located on the side of a steep hill, consisting of a double-storey house with choice of 2 single beds or 1 double bed with a large adjacent bathrooms which included both bath and separate shower and cupboard space for clothing. Externally a sitting area on either the patio or balcony depending on your choice of room. The free breakfast was served in an adjacent dining area and offered substantial offerings of Indo, Continental or American pastries, eggs, home made buns, bread with coverings of local jam, honey, yoghurt, coffee/tea and fresh juices. Al-la-Carte breakfast was also available at an additional cost. Trekking thru the rice paddies was available twice daily and there was a very large pool to relax in following a hot but not exhaustive walk. Also Yoga sessions and massages were provided by the attentive staff. We also hired the Lodge car and driver to explore Sudirman in the afternoon., For the evening dinner, served in the Lodge own Atis restaurant, we were collected by the Lodge car and transported the 150m to the restaurant. The menu was exhaustive covering Local, Thai, Indian & Western cuisine, all delicious (try the Mutton curry) and very reasonably priced, as was the wine selection. Service, likewise in the rest of the Lodge was quick, friendly and efficient.

wonderful quiet place in the paddy field, farmers passing the river over a small bamboo bridge nearby. And Nyoman and his staff take care of me as if i were an old friend.

Lumbung Kembar Sidemen is a truly wonderful place to stay. The staff (Kadek x 3) are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They were attentive and made us feel at home but also respected our privacy, which was appreciated. The villas were clean, well maintained, and were fitted with comfortable beds and air conditioning, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after exploring the charming Sidemen area. The breakfast each morning was delicious and freshly prepared, the perfect start to a day. The villas offered stunning views of Sidemen’s lush rice terraces ( especially from the top balcony). The serene surroundings and access to the inviting pool added to the sense of relaxation. The tall green leafy foliage along the full length of pool was a lovely feature and we would suggest it be maintained as it provided essential privacy given its close proximity to the restaurant/ property next door. Everything about Lumbung Kembar Sidemen exceeded expectations. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, natural beauty, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend this peaceful retreat—and we are already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful oasis in the middle of rice fields. Such a picturesque landscape to wake up to. So calming walking around the rice fields, getting glimpses of the daily life of the farmers. Cute armies of rice-ducks waddling around quacking. Staff was super nice and attentive and helped with both scooter rental and onwards transport. Even arranged early to-go breakfast packages for us, as we had ro leave super early on check-out day. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Thank you for a great stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The kindest staff we’ve ever met, everyone was so warm and welcoming! The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views over the surrounding nature. The bungalows are lovely and cozy, and the breakfast was really good. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day. 🌿✨
