This place is just amazing! The volcano view is breathtaking, so many birds and animals to watch, beautiful trails right there, the pool was really nice and the restaurant and food was so good. It was the best place for us in Costa Rica and we will get back there for sure!

Flora Glamping de Abuela was an amazing experience! It's a local family owned business. We stayed there for 4 nights, and even before we got there we contacted the host: Evi, who helped us a lot with planning our stay at La Fortuna and book some attractions. The place has an amazing location! Just outside the city but 5 minutes drive so you can enjoy the quiet and the perfect view of the Arenal volcano and still feel close to the city. Evi was available for us at all times with every question or help we needed. The room was spacious and clean but take into account that the toilet and shower are in the same space as the rest of the room. However with only 2 glamping tents you can really feel the privacy. The shared kitchen was well equipped with all the things we needed, and was designed optimistically.

Cabins very comfortable and clean. Set back from road so quiet and got to see amazing wildlife from our terrace. Family run farm very friendly and helpful. Pool and covered area for cooking and eating great as we were a group of 6. We walked across road from property to arenal volcano hike and also locals hot water river pools 20mins walk away.

The view is amazing, we saw some monkeys in the morning it was awesome, lot of colibris and other birds too. The jacuzzi and the swimming pool are very nice, we really enjoyed our time there

Oh by the way the food was also lovely. He knows what is spicy what you ask him what is spicy! Don't go without the argentina pizza and cas juice! We loved the beautiful forest surroundings around our treehouse! Although we knew there were other treehouses close by, giving us a sense of security, our view from our treehouse itself was total jungle, giving us a private jungle vibe with no other treehouses or buildings within view of us. It was such a cool experience! We were lucky to have 2 sunny mornings so we woke up slowly, lying in bed, enjoying the dappled sunlight peaking through our jungle view from the vast windows. I loved Monteverde and hope to go back and when I do, I'll stay here again!
