Cosy, stylish, quiet and peaceful. Saw some monkeys and mongooses. Best Wi-Fi in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot tub. Cute animal ornament and hand woven plates for souvenirs. Books. We spent 5 nights and felt very comfortable every time we came back from a long day exploring - would definitely come back!

Victoria Falls is beautiful, suggest to see both sides since there's a contrast BUT travel advice: Do not rely on Zambian ATMs. The bank fees are extremely high. (Fees were 40% on my Dutch card! Absolutely, outrageous!)

Ability to walk to Royal Livingstone Hotel and to dine there. Proximity to Victoria Falls and back gate checkout to do so. Zebra, impala, vervet monkeys roaming. Bird hide. Beautiful pool. Reception lent us adaptor plugs. Special excursion organising desk at reception. Tribal greeting. Really hospitable staff

The owner/manager was very professional and very nice and helpful. As were the staff, the apartment was clean and comfortable with a living/ dining room and kitchen. A little far from Victoria Falls, but the price was affordable and value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, especially if your budget is not high.

The hotel has an amazing view of the river, nice setting to watch the sunset. The boat Lady livingstone is also quite nice. The employees are nice. The location is 5 minutes away from the Victoria falls.

Butterfly apartments is in a very nice environment. We stayed in a fully equipped, very clean apartment. Cooker & kettle didn’t work most of the time but there was a backup option in a separate area with a gas cooker. A nice add-on would be if additional information/offers around livingstone and Victoria falls would be available. Ideally you have a car to get around.

The hotel is truly amazing, the elegant colonial style, with the calm athmosphere is incredible. The staff is nice above everything, and of course the amazing parts are the wildlife in the garden and the connection to the Victoria Falls. It is out of question the best Hotel when you are about to visit the Victoria Falls!

Victoria Falls Waterfront was exactly what I needed for my stopover in Livingstone, a friendly, clean, safe, quiet and lovely spot that met my budget needs, something that is very hard to do with some very overpriced hotels in Livingstone. The location on the river is stunning and the tented camps are comfortable, clean and close to warm hot showers and clean ablutions. The staff were also very helpful and friendly and organised me affordable taxis/transfers to the falls.

Very comfortable apartment in easy walking distance from the town centre (will need transport to Victoria Falls as that is beyond the other side of town) - helpful host can arrange a driver from train station if you prefer not to walk in the dark - host also has other accommodation available in Lusaka

The hotel is beautiful, with lovely pool, gazebos for all day relaxing, and is right on the banks of the Zambezi River. The Victoria Falls is just a couple of kilometers away. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
