Everything was perfect during our stay. Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, location of hotel is right in the city center. Will come back again. Definitely recommend!

Loved the breakfast - and the fact that it opens at 0630 is perfect if you have day trips out of Hanoi booked! Staff was friendly, kind, accommodating, and super helpful. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi, perfect location and great amenities.

We really liked the big and computable bad. The room was very nice clean and modern. Bathroom was big.they were very kind and let us make check in at 3am ..
