Wonderful five star hotel with friendly staff and an extensive breakfast menu to suit all tastes and dietary restrictions like gluten free and vegetarian. Highly recommended. If I visit Hanoi again I’ll definitely stay again.

Love everything about this Hotel❤️.The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful,specially Mr.Martin🥰 making sure we had everything we needed.Breakfast was delicious and the location is so close to everything.We would stay here again when we go back to Hanoi.

Perfect location if you want to move by feet. The area is rich with cafes, restaurant, small stores and everything else you might need. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and comfortable, with a nice breakfast, spa service and even an Indian restaurant, but it is the staff in the reception desk that gives the edge to this hotel. Very polite from check in to check out, they arranged everything I asked for, from airport transfers to a rental motorcycle, and even two single-day-tours in close by destinations, one of which was a last minute notification. Of course, there are more expensive hotels in Hanoi, but here we felt like at home. Definitely recommended!
