You feel so at home at Pistachio Hotel. It is located at the heart of Sapa; walking distance to Sun Plaza, Sapa Catholic Church; local restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was available inside the room. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices of sumptuous food. food prices for room service is also cheap. The staffs are so friendly. Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!

The view was very beautiful. When we wake up, we can see a beautiful mountain view. The staff was very kind, they safeguarded our baggages when we went for a hike at Mount Fansipan.

The heated pool was super nice. All the staff was very helpful and nice. I got the room on a deal so it was not even very expensive. Julie was very helpful as was the rest of the staff.

- Absolutely luxurious hotel — from the moment we arrived, we were impressed multiple times. - Stunning views and amazing sunsets, with beautifully maintained gardens every morning. - The hotel is very clean, spacious, and elegant — true heritage and luxury feel. - Food options were plentiful and accommodating; my vegetarian friend had plenty of choices. - The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and attentive. - Multiple places to have a drink and several restaurants, with helpful maps to navigate the hotel. We also had some amazing cocktails in their restaurant. - Massage and bath facilities were exceptional — especially the bath area, where the staff asked for feedback and literally implemented our suggestions the next day, which was absolutely incredible. The herbal bath there is an absolute must-try. - The hotel is in a very central location, just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, making access very easy. - Staff were proactive and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect and relaxing.

Moonlight hotel is located near the center of Sapa square and very near Sun plaza so it has many restaurants and minimarts arround . The hotel itself has no lobby but on the ground floor is a souvenir shop so it is easy to miss understand. The staff is polite and helpful but some of them cannot speak english. The room is large and full of equibment. No breakfast service but there are shop and mart around. Transportation in Sapa is conveniet especially grab.

This little hotel is located in central Sa Pa town; the Sun Plaza monorail station is just a few footsteps away; with many restaurants nearby. Although this hotel is a bit old (It still uses physical keys, for example), the room inside is very clean with all basic room amenities provided. The breakfast is a la carte but it still offers quite a few choices, which I think is still worth the money given the low hotel rates.

The massage and spa at the hotel!!!!It was the best massage experience I've ever had. The theraphist are all well trained. Feel so relaxed after the massage. The hotel room itself also very comfort and has beautiful balcony. Water pressure good. Location in front of Sun Plaza. Nearby so many stores and food stalls. Love it!!

what a great stay for us family of three! great location, warmth and welcoming staff...the hotel is really near to sun plaza so it was easy to go to monorel..the road was a bit steep when walking but fret not, we rent a motorcycle to stroll around the city..overall i am satisfied..totally recommended!

The warm welcome and friendly staff ,cleanliness are superb..i like they make up room daily without telling them..close to Halal restaurant banana leaves which is the great point to stay here bcoz easy for us to eat..location is just close to sun plaza..i tried their spa,herbal bath was sooooo good and very clean..i like the facilities of this hotel..all good with satisfying worth value the money..recommended and i will stay here again next time.Do choose high floor to get mountain view..

We have a fantastic stay in Azalea hotel, the room is tastefully decorated, location is just mins to  Sun Plaza and most important, the staffs are extremely warm and helpful. Breakfast is simple though but sufficient. Overall, I am very happy we chose Azalea in Sapa !

I stayed for 3 nights and this place is very strategic for me because in front of the hostel there is an HK buslines office which is only a short walk to the hostel (take a bus from Hanoi to Sapa), besides this hostel has a room that makes me very comfortable with a balcony in front of the room and a view of the street. The distance from the hostel to Sun Plaza is quite close, less than 5 minutes, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, next time if I come back to Sapa I will book this hostel again. ❤️❤️
