This could not have been better actually. Perfect staff friendliness, and the room was awesome! To you every detail... It feels exclusive, and the beds are very comfortable! Pool area, feels tranquil even only on 6th floor. Bonus touch: free mini bar in room, and snacks/ice cubes on every floor. Thanks for having us! If back to Saigon, this is it😊

We arrived at the hotel in time for afternoon tea, so we got ginger tea and a small treat. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, and the entire hotel was up to the highest standards. Very nice rooms and clean.

The hotel staff at the front desk responded politely. There was a little dust in the room, but it didn't bother me and I was able to spend a comfortable time. My partner, who came with me, had my birthday the next day and even though I hadn't told him, he brought me a cake as a surprise. I was very satisfied. thank you.

We loved everything about Silverland Ben Thanh. The location, the rooms, the breakfast, the roof top bar, the layout of the rooms, everything was so wonderful. The staff were great, especially Ms Diem who was one of the most helpful, lovely and kind people we met in our holiday. She really helped us and went beyond what we expected with so many things. We will always stay here when in Ho Chi Minh City.

Absolute perfect stay at La Siesta Saigon and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! The staff is super friendly, helpful and carrying. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you need for your stay, short or long. Breakfast is delicious and with enough western and Asian options. The swimming pool is great for an “end of the day” cool down. La Spa is also incredible and worth it, a professional massage service at a fair price. We hope to come back once again to HCM and we would definitely choose La Siesta again :)

Self check-in with a keypad took seconds—no waiting, no fuss 🔑. Layered lighting flips from bright to cozy in seconds. Wi‑Fi was rock‑solid for video calls and uploads 📶. Bitexco Skydeck and Saigon Centre were a quick Grab ride away. A Chợ Lớn detour to Thiên Hậu Temple and a coconut coffee to finish ☕️. The host checked in once on WhatsApp and then gave us space—perfect balance. This ticked all the boxes for a compact city base and would book again.
