Everything was great from the time of booking till check out, the personal took excellent care of us, was very helpful even without asking for help, the room was very spacious and clean with gorgeous views and breakfast was great with multiple choices and even menu options included. Highly recommended to everyone, hotel has central location, all what you need to see and visit is walking distance and easy to access. Also very comfortable mattress.

We went for a decent option since we were only there for a day. However the hotel turned out to be way way better than we expected- 1. Beautifully designed rooms, with all modern facilities, including a fancy toilet 2. Hotel is strategically located literally behind the Ben tanh market in the main centre of the city so everything is nearby 3. The staff was super friendly and accommodative. They also offered a complimentary tea/snacks around 2-3pm which was really nice and appreciative. Over all, will definitely recommend!

This stay started high and ended even higher. During the check in we received a complimentary lemonade with a variety of fresh fruit as well as a wet towel that was scented and couldn't come at a better time to wipe off the journey. To start with the room it was comfortable, clean, modern and most of all the sleep was blissful. The rooftop bar with the pool provided amazing views and delicious drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was excellent, as well as the atmosphere, which was chic and modern. BUT the most praise deserves the personnel, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, from packing a breakfast box with coffee as we were unable to attend some breakfast to providing a complimentary drink AND transport to the airport as unfortunately we had to cut our stay short.That kind of service makes this hotel one of the most enjoyable.

Self check-in with a keypad took seconds—no waiting, no fuss 🔑. Layered lighting flips from bright to cozy in seconds. Wi‑Fi was rock‑solid for video calls and uploads 📶. Bitexco Skydeck and Saigon Centre were a quick Grab ride away. A Chợ Lớn detour to Thiên Hậu Temple and a coconut coffee to finish ☕️. The host checked in once on WhatsApp and then gave us space—perfect balance. This ticked all the boxes for a compact city base and would book again.
