very close to the walking street. There is always someone to help you. ohhhh those mangoes and the breakfast they served were delicious anything you need they are always there for you. You feel their sole purpose is to make your life as comfortable as possible while travelling in Hue. Great job Laura and team.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Hué. The team is a real plus. They give you a very warm welcome, I was able to benefit from a shuttle service from the airport and got lots of tips for the city. They do everything to make your stay an excellent one. They organised a driver for me so that I could see sights that were not within walking distance. The hotel is located in the heart of Hué and at the same time in a small street, very quiet, so you could sleep very well. Great value for money, I would love to come back.

The balcony views were great for chilling. It was lovely to see how haphazardly eclectic the cityscape was. The rooms were spacious with lots of space for moving around, and great lighting from the balconies. Air-con also cooled the room sufficiently for a cozy stay. The rooftop also featured a small pool and quaint seating among some greenery, which is a good way to start breakfast or have a good coffee time. Location-wise, the hotel is accessible to main tourist streets where food and chill experiences are around. Also not far from the Imperial Citadel, which makes for an easy and cheap Grab ride. Service was impeccable even though we only stayed for one night. Front staff was very generous about recommendations to Hue, and we felt warmly welcomed by them. It also reflects in their post-experience service as the staff dropped me an email to request for feedback directly.

The property is very maintained and ran by a family. We had very experience in the check in where the staff gave us a lot of information such as restaurants and tours we could do. We were not pushed to buy anything what we appreciated. At the end we asked them to organize a private tour to the DMZ which we enjoyed a lot. Bed and pillows and pillows are very good. Breakfast is great. Daily Fresh fruit in the room. We would stay again if back to Hue.
